Since the autumn of 2006, Alveola operates its own service centre. The professional knowledge of high standards and the SAP business process system – unique in the segment – allow quick and trackable repair of the devices admitted for service. With the on-the-spot repair of the devices, the client can receive back the appliance on the day of the failure report, thus reducing the risks resulting from the time loss.

Continuous development

The service centre situated in the office-building closely co-operates with the employees responsible for product supply, therefore the developing activity is practically an everyday phenomenon. The systematically held meetings – responsible for the quality improvement of products – allow to prepare a clean and flawless list of products which lacks defective devices or damaged furniture.

The main expectation of the customer is for the purchased product to serve them without any malfunctions or defects. When preparing our list of products we were motivated by this factor.
