In 2007, Alveola Kft. closely monitored the trainings of its employees. The educational programme, which aims to improve the skills and living conditions of the Company's employees, is realized with the support of the European Union and the Hungarian State.
The duration of the project: 1 October 2006 – 31 December 2007, during which the training of 44 employees was realized with a support ratio of 80%.
The project included IT, marketing, sales techniques, business communications, trade development, organization development and leadership training as well as English language course.
The Human Resources Development Operative Programme (HEFOP) expresses it also with its slogan: every human being is an asset. The more valuable people are, the more valuable is the nation – only this value is able to enrich the intellectual and financial wealth of the community. This value is upon which every single person and the prosperity of the community also depend. By increasing the value of the individuals the common future can be shaped a more successful one.
Among the internal trainings of Alveola Kft. the main emphasis is on courses aiming to improve communication and linguistic skills that effectively influence the employees' everyday communication with clients.
The programme also includes sales trainings as well as leadership trainings that can improve the effeciency of the company.
The educational programme of Alveola Kft. was realized with the co-financing of the European Union, within the frameworks of the Human Resources Development Operative Programme of the National Development Plan.
